DIGITAL LESSON MATERIALS
A real alternative to the higher cost of one-to-one tuition.
Choose a topic - you'll receive a written version of my lesson. Much better than a textbook - for a start, it will contain much more information than a textbook offers (typically, one of may documents which takes up 20 pages is covered much more briefly in around 6 pages in a textbook!
But is much better than your standard textbook ... I will EXPLAIN what it all means, just the same as I would do if I was talking to you during a tutorial session. Textbooks quite simply do not do that - they just state facts and lack genuine explanation.
Sample questions from your exam board will also be included.
These digital lessons are currently available for both AQA and EDEXCEL Syllabus A, since these are by far the most popular requests. If you are doing a different exam board ... send me a request, I may be able to provide a version adapted to your exam board.
* The topic titles are based on sections of the A level (A2) syllabuses. These often include material from the AS level syllabus, in which case the AS material will be dealt with first, then A2 material will be added.
* So if you are a Year 12 student .. you can buy the lesson and use the AS materials immediately, when you are in Year 13 you can return to the lesson to review the AS material and then study the A2 additions.
* If you are currently a Year 13 student, you will undoubtedly find it vital to review the AS material first, then go on to the A2 additions.

For AQA each document costs £10. *
The EDEXCEL syllabus has been split into more (so shorter) sections, so each document costs £8*.

Most of them would take us more than an hour to do as a tutorial lesson ... buying these materials then perhaps having an occasional tutorial session on exam technique is a much cheaper option than regular tutorials!!

If you choose the option of buying digital lesson materials - probably because my tuition slots are full! - then I am prepared to fit in occasional tutorial lessons for you at times I don't normally teach e.g. weekends.
I may in future make this my usual style of operation i.e. you spend time studying my materials, then have a lesson with me in which you discuss any problems and (more likely) take a look at exam questions and how to construct effective answers to them.
* SCHOOLS: if you wish to gain permission to duplicate materials for students, this is available at three times the cost for individual students, allowing you to print and distribute to your class. So AQA £30, Edexcel £24.
If you are a new teacher ... persuade your school to buy them all, it will save you HOURS AND HOURS of preparation!
When ordering, please identify the lesson(s) you want by the code
For example, if you want the first AQA micro lesson, the code is AQAMIC1.
E-mail your order, when it is received I'll reply with an order ref. no. for you, the exact amount and my bank account details. Once payment has then been received, I'll email your document(s) immediately.
